UK event safety paperwork
Your event's safety paperwork. Done in 20 minutes.
Describe your event in plain English. Get a complete draft pack — Event Management Plan, risk assessment, and Martyn's Law checklist — ready for you to review, edit and submit to your council.
Every document is a draft you review, edit and sign — you remain the responsible person.
The problem
30–40 pages
Your council wants a full plan
Events on council land need an Event Management Plan plus risk assessments. Most councils publish their own template — all of them different, all of them long.
Weeks before the day
The SAG deadline comes early
Safety Advisory Groups review your documents well before your event — some ask for drafts months out. Miss the window and your date is at risk.
£500+ per plan
Consultants are the only shortcut
Event safety consultants do good work, at consultant prices. For a village fete or a food stall, that's often more than the event budget allows.
What's in the pack
One pack. Every document your council asks for.
Built from your event description, in the structure councils expect. Each document arrives as an editable draft — reword it, cut it, sign it off.

Questions, answered straight
Is the pack legally compliant? Will my council accept it?
No tool can promise that, and you should be wary of any that does. EventSafetyPack drafts your documents in the structure councils expect, based on what you tell us about your event. You review, edit and sign them — you remain the responsible person, and your council or Safety Advisory Group makes its own decision. What we remove is the blank page and the two weekends of typing.
Will it match my council's template?
At launch we'll cover a first set of councils — Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Bristol and Sandwell — and a general structure that follows what most UK councils ask for. More councils are added by request: founding members choose which come first.
What exactly do I get for £29?
Founder access. Your first full document pack free when we launch, 50% off your first year if you take a subscription, and a direct line to shape what we build. It's fully refundable any time before launch — email us and we return it, no questions.
Does Martyn's Law apply to my event?
The Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act 2025 — Martyn's Law — introduces duties for qualifying premises and events, with a standard tier starting at 200 capacity. Whether it applies depends on your venue, capacity and how access is controlled. Our plain-English guide walks through it, and the pack includes a standard-tier checklist as a starting point.
What happens if the tool doesn't launch?
Every founder pre-order is refunded in full. We're running an honest test: if enough organisers and vendors want this, we build it fast. Either way, you won't be left out of pocket.
